Out of the Closet: Normalizing Sexuality and Aging

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Ginger Meyette will be speaking at the Sexuality and Aging Institute on August 14, in Alexandria, VA.

Dr. Meyette will discuss a recent case of a 78-year-old man being charged with a felony for having sex with his wife, who had Alzheimer’s disease. This ignited a firestorm of conversation in the press (and a position statement from the Consortium). In this workshop, participants will examine issues related to sexual freedom and protection from sexual abuse for older adults.

Whether you’re a professional, a student, a consumer, and/or activist, you can help shape the future of sexuality and aging.
Please join us to hear Dr. Meyette and more great speakers at this year’s Sexuality and Aging Institute on August 14. Register today!
