Consortium Members Present at Edgy CatalystCon

Consortium members Terri Clark and Joan Price presented workshops at the CatalystCon East Conference, held in Washington, DC, March 15-17, 2013.  CatalystCon was created to inspire exceptional conversations about the field of sexuality with activists, advocates, and educators, and both Clark and Price carried the Consortium’s mission to new audiences. Clark’s  workshop entitled, “The Silver Rainbow: Working with LGBT Seniors,” provided insight about the unique challenges our aging LGBT population is facing as they access aging services.  Her “What’s Your BiQ?” workshop explored bisexuality through the lens of sexual orientation, gender identity, and behavior. Price presented “Talking Out Loud About Senior Sex,” about the continuing challenges and delights of senior sex.
