The Widener University Center for Social Work Education is a pre-approved provider by the State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors to offer continuing education credits for social workers.

The Insitute for Graduate Clinical Psychology of Widener University is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Widener University maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

The Continuing Education (CE) contact hours have been approved by Widener University School of Nursing, an approved provider by the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association (PSNA), an accredited provider by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

This program meets the requirements of American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 5.5 CE’s. These CEs may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification.
